Tour Price Excludes:

v  Any increase in the airfare charged by the airlines on your air ticket. The airline ticket fare quoted is applicable as of date and will change for your date of travel.

v  Any Meals not specified above

v  Cost of extension of the validity of your air ticket.

v  Porter age, tips, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, optional tours and all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the itinerary.

v  Anything not specifically mentioned in the “Package tour price includes” box.

v  Any sightseeing not mentioned in the “tour price include” column

Important Notes:

• Tourist Dirham Fees to be Directly Paid at Hotel as Per Dubai Govt Rule.
• 20% TCS is Mandatory on Land Package. You can claim in ITR
• Double Vaccination is Must for Adults. Kindly Reconfirm the Travel Guidelines on your own Before Travel. Agency is Not Responsible for any Loss in case Travel Requirements are not fulfilled by Travellers.
• Sharing Transfers Pickup time may vary from 15-30 Mins from Mentioned in Voucher.
• While we may make recommendations for hotels all around the world, we do not stand guarantee and are not responsible for the services or the hardware provided by the hotel/s suggested by us. We strongly urge you to do your own research and make an informed choice
• In case of Visa Delay/Refusal, agency is not responsible and visa charges are non-refundable and cancellations and reissue charges of package may apply depends on case to case.

Booking Policy:

• First Payment will be of Flight ticket amount. (INR 10000/- in case flights are not included in package)
• Second Installment is to be paid within the 7 days and the amount will be equal to or more than Full Hotel payment.
• Balance amount to be paid at the time of File Handover / Tour Confirmation.
• Important – Booking deposit is non-refundable. In case of Payment is in Cash or Cash Deposit of INR 25000/- or above, the Pan Card copy of the client is mandatory.

Cancellation Policy:

• In Case of Unavoidable Circumstances like virus, Bomb blast, earthquakes, tsunami, etc related events, Cancellation charges will be applicable depending on the announcements of Government of Particular country  & also Airlines Announcements will be entertained.
• In case if there is no such announcement from government and you are cancelling the Package Voluntary then Proper Cancellation Charges will be applicable.
• There will be 100% cancellation if booked cruise gets cancel.
• As per the Booking conditions of the holiday, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges.

Cancellation Charges (Per Person):

• 30 days or more prior to the departure: Booking Deposit + Actual (Visa Fees, Air ticket / hotels/ Cruise cancellation charges/ Remittance Charges)
• Between 29 to 15 days prior to the departure: 70% of the Tour cost (except flight and Visa)
• Between 15 to 10 days prior to the departure: 85% of the Tour cost (except flight and Visa)
• Within 10 days till the date of departure: 100% of the Tour cost (except flight and Visa)
• In case of no show: 100% of Holiday cost.
