Tour Price Excludes:

• Any increase in the airfare charged by the airlines on your air ticket. The airline ticket fare quoted is applicable as of date and will change for your date of travel.
• Any Meals not specified above
• VISA excluded- Visa on Arrival free
• Cost of extension of the validity of your air ticket.
• Porter age, tips, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, optional tours and all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the itinerary.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the “Package tour price includes” box.
• Any sightseeing not mentioned in the “tour price include” column

Important Notes:

• Shayoka Travels cannot and does not guarantee the exactness of any service in the package. For example, photographs of the interiors of hotel rooms posted on internet have been provided by the respective hotels.
• Hence, Shayoka Travels does not guarantee the visual appeal of your room. Shayoka Travels wants you to have an enjoyable experience but we cannot and do not guarantee or represent that such a package will be as per your perception or imagination.
• In Case of No Show – Airlines refund will be as per airlines policy and Hotels and other services refund will be as per the contracts with Vendor/ Supplier used for the particular Booking.
• In Case, If Airlines /Cruise Tickets booked from any Supplier than the Supplier policies will be applicable irrespective of airlines/ Cruise policy.
• In Case , If Any Guest is not able to travel because of Passport Validity and such other related issues then it will be solely traveler responsibility and no show cancellation policy will be applicable.
• If the Client is not able to travel due to Transit Visa Regulations then we are not responsible for same and 100% Cancellation of Package cost is applied.
• In case of connecting flights, If a flight get delayed or cancelled and traveler is not able to catch remaining flights then traveler have to connect with airlines for alternate options (in case of any extra charges traveler has to borne those charges)
• In Case of Air India / Vistara/ Thai Airways flight Tickets booked under Special Fare – Tickets will be fully Non Refundable irrespective of Airlines policy.
• This is purely an individual itinerary designed especially for given number of passengers; any increase or decrease in total number of passengers will lead to re-costing.
• The Cost of the airline ticket is quoted on specific class of the specified airlines, in case we are not able to procure the seat at similar class we will try for higher class the difference of the same will be intimated to you post booking.
• Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings.
• The standard check-in time of the hotels are 1400 Hours and check-out time is 1200 Hours. Except Genting Highlands & Disneyland Hong Kong where check-in time is 1500 hours.
• Any increase in the exchange rate of USD/SGD/AUD/NZD (presently calculated at 1 USD @ INR 71) shall be borne by the traveler. The exchange rate of ICICI bank card rate will be applicable on the day of final payment. The foreign exchange component will be payable in INR only.
• We are not responsible for any visa rejection and is only upto the discretion of the respective Embassy/High Commission.
• All disputes pertaining to the tour & travel conducted by the company & any claim arising there – under shall be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
• Any un-utilized service will not be refunded.
• Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.
• Final hand over (hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Passports Etc) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment & duly filled & signed BTQ form by the passenger traveling.
• Mode of payment can be any:- Credit Card, Cash, Cheque, bank deposit, online transfer, If travel date is within 07 days of final confirmation, payments will be accepted in Cash, RTGS NEFT or Credit Card only.
• Total amount of the tour has to be paid before departure; in case of nonpayment SHAYOKA TRAVELS reserve the right to cancel the tour services.
• In Genting Highlands & Disneyland there is no provision for the extra bed.
• Room type (Double or Twin) is subject to availability and sole discretion of the hotel.
• No changes will be done after handing over all the travel documents related to the package confirmed.

Booking Policy:

• First Payment will be of Flight ticket amount. (INR 10000/- in case flights are not included in package)
• Second Installment is to be paid within the 7 days and the amount will be equal to or more than Full Hotel payment.
• Balance amount to be paid at the time of File Handover / Tour Confirmation.
• Important – Booking deposit is non-refundable. In case of Payment is in Cash or Cash Deposit of INR 25000/- or above, the Pan Card copy of the client is mandatory.

Cancellation Policy:

• In Case of Unavoidable Circumstances like virus, Bomb blast, earthquakes, tsunami, etc related events, Cancellation charges will be applicable depending on the announcements of Government of Particular country  & also Airlines Announcements will be entertained.
• In case if there is no such announcement from government and you are cancelling the Package Voluntary then Proper Cancellation Charges will be applicable.
• There will be 100% cancellation if booked cruise gets cancel.
• As per the Booking conditions of the holiday, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges.

Cancellation Charges (Per Person):

• 30 days or more prior to the departure: Booking Deposit + Actual (Visa Fees, Air ticket / hotels/ Cruise cancellation charges/ Remittance Charges)
• Between 29 to 15 days prior to the departure: 70% of the Tour cost (except flight and Visa)
• Between 15 to 10 days prior to the departure: 85% of the Tour cost (except flight and Visa)
• Within 10 days till the date of departure: 100% of the Tour cost (except flight and Visa)
• In case of no show: 100% of Holiday cost.
