Tour Price Includes:

• Return Delhi – Phuket – Delhi Flights
• 04 Nights stay at hotel in Phuket with Breakfast
• Transfer from Phuket Airport to Phuket Hotel by private car
• Transfers from Phuket Hotel to Phuket Airport by private car
• 01 Half day Phuket city / island tour on sharing basis
•  01 Full day Phuket Phi-Phi Island tour by Big Boat with lunch on sharing basis
• All present applicable taxes at the hotels and GST.

Tour Price Excludes:

Ø  Any increase in the airfare charged by the airlines on your air ticket. The airline ticket fare quoted is applicable as of date and will change for your date of travel.

Ø  Any Meals not specified above

Ø  Mandatory Hotel Security Deposit

Ø  VISA excluded – On Arrival

Ø Guest must pay on the on the spot for Scuba Diving and other water activities or visit to monkey Beach

Ø  Guest must pay 20THB for Ton Sai admission at Phi-Phi Island Pier.

Ø  Guest must pay 30THB for Insurance at Phuket Pier – port fees

Ø  Guest must pay 400 THB for National Park Fee on ground payable on the spot locally by guest if they wish to go for snorkeling at Monkey Beach.

Ø  RTPCR COST

Ø  Cost of extension of the validity of your air ticket.

Ø  Porter age, tips, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, optional tours and all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the itinerary.

Ø  Anything not specifically mentioned in the “Package tour price includes” box.

Ø  Any sightseeing not mentioned in the “tour price include” column

Important Notes:

• Shayoka Travels cannot and does not guarantee the exactness of any service in the package. For example, photographs of the interiors of hotel rooms posted on internet have been provided by the respective hotels.
  • Hence, Shayoka Travels does not guarantee the visual appeal of your room. Shayoka Travels wants you to have an enjoyable experience but we cannot and do not guarantee or represent that such a package will be as per your perception or imagination.
  • Rooms are subject to availability at time of bookings. In case of Non Availability similar hotels will be provided.
• Above cost is based on the no of passenger traveling together.
• In Case of No Show – Airlines refund will be as per airlines policy and Hotels and other services refund will be as per the contracts with Vendor/ Supplier used for the particular Booking.
• In Case , If Any Guest is not able to travel because of Passport Validity and such other related issues then it will be solely traveler responsibility and no show cancellation policy will be applicable.
• This is purely an individual itinerary designed especially for given number of passengers; any increase or decrease in total number of passengers will lead to re-costing.
• This is proposed service costing. We are not holding any confirmed airline and hotel reservations for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. It’s possible at the time of confirmation the prices may vary.
• The Cost of the airline ticket is quoted on specific class of the specified airlines, in case we are not able to procure the seat at similar class we will try for higher class the difference of the same will be intimated to you post booking.
• Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings.
• The standard check-in time of the hotels are 1400 Hours and check-out time is 1200 Hours. Except Genting Highlands & Disneyland Hong Kong where check-in time is 1500 hours.
• Airport taxes calculated @ dated 02 August 2017 per person. Any increase or decrease would charge as per actual.
• Any increase in the exchange rate of USD/SGD/AUD/NZD (presently calculated at 1 USD @ INR 76) shall be borne by the traveler. The exchange rate of HDFC bank card rate will be applicable on the day of final payment. The foreign exchange component will be payable in INR only.
• We are not responsible for any visa rejection and is only upto the discretion of the respective Embassy/High Commission
• All disputes pertaining to the tour & travel conducted by the company & any claim arising there – under shall be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
• Any un-utilized service will not be refunded.
• Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.
• Full payment for the tour should be made as soon as we give final confirmation of the tour.
• Final hand over (hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Passports Etc) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment & duly filled & signed BTQ form by the passenger traveling.
• Mode of payment can be any:- Credit Card, Cash, Cheque, bank deposit, online transfer, If travel date is within 07 days of final confirmation, payments will be accepted in Cash, RTGS NEFT or Credit Card only.
• Total amount of the tour has to be paid before departure; in case of non payment Vacation Deal reserve the right to cancel the tour services.
• In Genting Highlands & Disneyland there is no provision for the extra bed.
• Room type (Double or Twin) is subject to availability and sole discretion of the hotel.
• No changes will be done after handing over all the travel documents related to the package confirmed.

Booking Policy:

• First Payment will be of Flight ticket amount. (INR 10000/- in case flights are not included in package)
• Second Instalment is to be paid within the 7 days and the amount will be equal to or more than Full Hotel payment.
• Balance amount to be paid at the time of File Handover / Tour Confirmation.
• Important – Booking deposit is non-refundable. In case of Payment is in Cash or Cash Deposit of INR 25000/- or above, the Pan Card copy of the client is mandatory.

Cancellation Policy:

• If due to unavoidable circumstances you are required to cancel your holiday, the cancellation should be intimated to us in writing.
• There will be 100% cancellation if booked cruise gets cancel.
• As per the Booking conditions of the holiday, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges.

Cancellation Charges (Per Person):

• 30 days or more prior to the departure: Booking Deposit + Actual (Visa Fees, Air ticket / hotels/ Cruise cancellation charges)
• Between 29 to 15 days prior to the departure: 60% of the Holiday cost.
• Between 14 to 07 days prior to the departure: 80% of the Holiday cost.
• Between 06 days till the date of departure: 100% of the Holiday cost.
• In case of no show: 100% of Holiday cost.
